The Luxury Property package, which adds drone, a real twilight shoot, Matterport and a floor plan, runs $999 to $2,000. Within 24 hours, as standard, at no extra charge. Same-day delivery is available for $150. Edited video runs 5 to 7 days, and raw drone clips go out the same day.
Yes. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and carry insurance. Part 107 is the certification legally required to operate a drone commercially in the United States, and shooting a listing for an agent counts as commercial operation.
Greater Phoenix metro: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Buckeye, Litchfield Park and Sun City.
Both are offered and they are priced differently, because they are not the same thing. A real twilight shoot means I come back at dusk and photograph the house lit, and it is $250. A day-to-dusk edit converts a daytime photo in post and is $35 per image for up to five images. The Luxury Property package includes a real twilight shoot, not the edit.

Yes. A Matterport 3D walkthrough is $199 to $450 and a 2D floor plan with measurements is $50 to $125. Both are included in the Luxury Property package, and either can be booked on its own.
Yes, $30 per image for up to ten images. Sky replacement starts at $35, day-to-dusk edits are $35 per image, and TV or fireplace screen replacement is $10 per image.
Yes. There is a monthly agent package that works out cheaper past a certain volume. Ask about it on the call and I will tell you where the break-even sits for your listing count.
